Get On The Road!
Elite Driving Solutions was founded in 2017 by Craig Cowell and Pete Glass in Thanet, Kent. Both Craig and Pete were already established Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) in the area, but wanted to introduce a local company that students can depend on. Elite Driving Solutions' mission is to deliver a friendly, professional service for a reasonable price, with a focus on skill development, in a safe and friendly environment.
All of our instructors are DBS checked and fully qualified Driving Instructors who undergo regular Standards Checks and are DVSA ADI registered and are committed to the DVSA's Driving Instructor Code of Practice and to completing Continuing Professional Development.

Craig Cowell, ADI

Craig has been teaching since early 2016 and really puts all of his students at ease with his patient and encouraging attitude. He knows when you need clear direction or a laugh and a joke.
Craig teaches in a Ford Focus Titanium Diesel that is fully outfitted with He-Man dual controls, dash cams and SatNav.
In his free time, Craig is a Radio Presenter for a local radio station. He enjoys Star Wars and spending time with family. Two of his kids is are already learning to drive with their Dad and another has already passed his Driving Test after completing lessons with Dad!
Pete Glass, ADI

Pete has been an instructor since 2007 and has helped hundreds of students through their driving tests. He has a relaxed and encouraging manner, is also trained in counselling and NLP, and specialises in teaching nervous students, learning difficulties and test anxiety.
Pete teaches in a Nissan Juke Bose Personal Edition 1.6 Petrol, fully equipped with He-Man dual controls and CCTV, plus a few more rather cool little gadgets.
Outside of work he is a local Scout leader and enjoys camping, and playing music with the local band, "Screaming Cherry".
Shaun Lynch, ADI

Shaun has recently joined Elite Driving Solutions as a PDI in October 2022. By utilising a mixture of calm and friendly chat to put you at ease, Shaun will then give you the processes and skills to strengthen and improve your driving ability.
Shaun teaches in a Ford Fiesta 1.0 petrol, fully equiped with He-Man dual controls, dash cams, and Sat Nav
In his free time, Shaun enjoys Spending time with his wife and kids.
In his very little spare time, Shaun is an avid Lego Collector.
